English born / Canadian bred, at the moment I live in a small town in beautiful North Yorkshire. I’m heavily into sci-fi, prefer books and movies and notes to social gatherings, and am infinitely more comfortable behind a camera than in front of it.

I don’t know everything. It’s safe to say there are a gazillion things I don’t and will never know. It’s not my intent to set myself up as some sort of guru – that, I most definitely am not.
Consider this as my little space where I’m talking to myself, writing notes, arranging all the (I consider) useful information I’ve saved over the last x amount of years. If you happen to find me and read the info here, I hope it helps. If it’s not for you, then with my best wishes I hope you find it elsewhere. It’s as simple as that. If you want to talk to me about any of the above, great, but keep it respectful and constructive.

If you stick around I’ll be honest: I can be blunt and my sense of humour is quite dry and irreverent (and let’s not even mention the sarcasm). But I personally prefer that from others instead of sugar coated b.s.

And although I aim to be as grounded as possible, I *know* some things that don’t feel like they come from my experiences in this human earth lifetime, so things could get weird here…
