Hello!
Well, I’m sorry to report I’ve had another poor week for knitting – it’s been another one of those discombobulated weeks, including several nights of not-so-great sleep.
I haven’t been completely idle though, I had a bit of project shuffle and subsequent Ravelry List shuffle. I’ve been wanting to keep going with Oversized Hug this week but I couldn’t because a certain 9mm short circular needle had wandered off. Instead of knitting I upended several project bags, and {somewhat} repacked them all having not found it.. Last resort was to lift the star bag down to have a rummage in it, and there was the needle in my hand when I tried to open the zip.
Of course it was.
Buuutttt.. that led to a bit of a yarn kerplosion…
So this is where I am this evening, with not much to report and a craft room to tidy up. However.. this week coming (starting tonight as soon as I post this) I’m going to see how much of the Dill in Purple I can get done, (and maybe the Oversized Hug as well) this weekend. The colder nights will be here before we know it. When the weather gets murky and cold I love curling up in bed with a movie, and my knitting.. but I’m sure that goes without saying – so I need something cover my shoulders, of course.
I’m not going to push for anything more this week. Other things require my time and I’m not about to indulge in my usual nasty habit of beating myself up if I feel I haven’t done as much as I “should” have..
Nope, nuh huh.
The list is there and I’ll work my way through it as I can without rushing. I’m doing this to enjoy it after all 🙂
