This week has been much the same as the last two. I’m still quite busy with other things, but also sadly I had to frog Forest Whispers, so some time “wasted” there. At least I didn’t get further into it before making that decision.
Instead, I started up another cardigan I had my eye on in the past – Drops Design Forest Mist. I tried with aran weight at one point and didn’t like the tension. So I thought it was time I go all rebellious and try it with the Ribston Chunky I just freed up. It’s now in my Ravelry list in the place of the Forest Whispers
Here is the link for Drops Design 184-17 Forest Mist if you’re interested. So far, I like it. I might be a bit short on meterage, but looking at the proportions I’d like to try and go a little shorter, maybe about 10cm, to take it from (smallest size) 85cm to 75cm length. That might be enough.. time will tell, I guess
Hopefully I can get some catching up done this week!
Happy Knitting!
